Welcome! This website is designed to be an easy way for people living in the Nashville area to find out about fun and uplifting events; as well as a venue to get the word out for people hosting events. The intention of this page is simply to support and grow the local Nashville community.
Like a virtual bulletin board at your favorite coffee shop.
What type of events are posted here? And what is meant by "Conscious Events"? That's a term loosely used to point towards an attitude of growth, camaraderie, self-discovery and expression. Events can range from personal development, spirituality, artistic expression, music, dance, as well as ways to connect with the earth and be more aligned with nature and self-sufficiency such as gardening, medicinal herbs and wildcrafting, permaculture, bread making, alternative building, etc.
With so much happening in the world it's incredibly important to have outlets for fun, expression, revitalization, release, introspection, personal transformation, skill learning, social networking, meeting like-minded friends, and building community.
This website isn't intended to champion political agendas or "sides". It's a place to hear about ways to come together free from "team colors".
Many different people and types of events can post here, but all ideally fall under a similar umbrella and hold similar values as expressed above. Postings are for in-person events and not for on-line courses or programs.
Saying that, these events are only LIGHTLY vetted, so please use your inborn common sense and discernment before attending any event. This website is not hosting any events, just offering a short description and links to independent events.
This website is in collaboration with two sister social media sites, the "Nashville Conscious Community" Facebook group, and @Conscious_Community_Nashville on Instagram. We're independent but working together to serve the community. Search either of those on those platforms to enhance your online community connection experience.
IT TAKES ALL OF US to make this website useful, so pass the word on to people and communities looking for events, and also to people putting on quality events to post!
